My job is rewarding in ways that make me feel confident in the person I am and who I am for my community. I am someone kids feel they can come to in a trusting way. They feel comfortable with me enough to talk when they need an ear, or listen to some advice. They love what I have to offer and they know I am genuinely interested in them and their favorite hobbies and activities.

I am helping kids by being supportive, understanding, caring and also instilling rules, discipline and teaching how to be a good person in the community through manners, respect and volunteering.

All of this is rewarding back to me that I am someone who can help kids build within themselves and their community.
